Danielle Ah-Yu


Danielle specializes in strategy and communication. She holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a major in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in management from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Over the years, Danielle has held various executive positions within small and medium-sized enterprises and large companies giving her the ability to pinpoint organizational issues and to recommend the most viable solutions. Recognized for her pragmatic approach and her innovative ideas, she successfully implemented several strategic and complex projects. She helps companies identify blind spots that have a direct impact on their bottom line and supports them in aligning their business projects with their strategic directions to achieve corporate objectives. She is particularly focused on mobilizing employees and improving communication within the organization. She is also passionate about change management and social media marketing strategies.

François-Patrick Allard


During his professional career, François-Patrick has been involved in strategic planning and innovation projects. His initiatives focus on action, quantitative data, tangible results and efficiency. His ability to schematize and convey complex issues in a creative way makes him a strong asset in different mandates. He supports organizations in identifying their key issues and in developing strategies that will help them ensure their growth and sustainability while mobilizing their employees. Holder of a bachelor's degree in mathematics with a major in statistics from the Université de Montréal, he has held various top management positions both in the public and private sectors, including general management, marketing, customer loyalty and business intelligence.
